Payment Information

Kindly note that your date is not secured and your order is not confirmed until you have paid the booking fee as specified.

Payment of your booking deposit confirms your agreement with our Terms and Conditions.

Booking Your Order

WEDDINGS

To secure your booking with Apple Dee Floral Cakes, we require a non-refundable booking fee of €150.00 for Wedding Cake Orders. This fee covers your " 7 Flavour Wedding Cake Taster Box" PP charges and design consultations.

CELEBRATIONS

For Celebration cake orders, we require a non-refundable, deductible, booking deposit of €50.00.

​

We will send you a personalised payment link which you can pay by debit, credit or through your Revolut account. 

We also accept payment through our website, kindly note however that this option will incur an additional 2.2% processing fee.

Full Payment

For Wedding Orders, the balance of your invoice must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the date of delivery. Monthly payment options are available however must be fully paid the same 8 weeks prior to your wedding unless otherwise agreed.

​

For Celebration Cake orders and all other orders, the balance of your invoice must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before the date of delivery unless agreed otherwise. Full payment is required for bookings made less than 2 weeks notice.

All quotations are valid for 7 days from date of issue. We reserve the right to revise prices after this period.

​

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing. If for any reason you have to cancel your booking, the booking deposit is non-refundable. 

 

For cancellations of wedding orders, with less than 12 weeks notice, the full payment (including the booking deposit) is non-refundable. For cancellations of celebrations cakes and all other orders, with less than 1 weeks’ notice, the full payment (including booking deposit) is non-refundable.

Delivery/Set Up

We are happy to deliver your cakes at an extra charge. This will be included in your initial quote.

 

Once the order has been delivered and set up or collected you are responsible for it and we will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage arising. If the cake is moved after set up, Apple Dee Floral Cakes will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage arising thereof. 

 

If you request that we leave your cakes somewhere or with someone, this is your responsibility. We will not be liable if they do not arrive with you safely after we have handed them over.

 

Postponements

If you wish to postpone your wedding booking date for any reason, you must request this by email, and we will check our availability. A €20 postponement admin fee would apply. All deposit payments would then be transferred to the new date and any items listed in the invoice, provided they are available. 

 

In the event that Apple Dee Floral Cakes are not available for the postponed Wedding/Event date, our cancellation policy (above) remains. 

 

Postponements are available up until 10 weeks before the scheduled event date, after this, dates are non-transferable and final balances for the original dates are payable. 

 

Hire Items

All hire items belong to Apple Dee Floral Cakes and must not be defaced, tampered with or changed.  All breakages, loss or damages must be paid to replace within 7 days of event.  These items will be invoiced to the Customer to replace the same item including P&P.

 

All hire items are your responsibility until they are returned back to Apple Dee Floral Cakes.

 

Unless stated otherwise all hire items must be returned within 3 days of hire.

 

Final Design 

We will create your orders exactly as written throughout correspondence and in the confirmation email/phone consultation which is sent 8 weeks before the delivery date. Please double check that it is detailed as you require. 

 

By paying your final invoice, you are confirming what is detailed on the final confirmation is exactly what you want us to provide and have read, understood and agreed the Terms & Conditions specified.

 

Allergies

We regret that we cannot cater to anyone with food sensitivities and/or allergies.  We cannot guarantee that any of our products do not contain any substance that may cause some form of allergic reaction. You are responsible for advising your guests of this and we will not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury from exposure to anything which might cause an allergic reaction. We make our cakes in an environment where tree nuts, butter, milk, and eggs are present.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our product will be 100% allergen free hence it is not safe for those people with peanut, nuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, egg, and wheat allergies. This all may include, but without limitation, nuts, nut products, alcohol, dairy, wheat gluten, sulphates or colouring.  We do not currently offer gluten-free, eggless, dairy-free products.

 

You should also note that some decorations are not edible (fresh flowers, wires, ribbons, pins, jewels, boards, etc). You are responsible for advising your guests of this and we will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, illness or injury arising from any such exposure. 

 

A dietary list of ingredients can be provided to you if required. This must be requested a minimum of 6 weeks before your event. If a venue require a list of ingredients this is to be requested via you and not the venue.

 

The following ingredients are used in our cakes, cupcakes, cakescles, cakepops and sugar flowers:

Wheat Flour, Butter, Caster Sugar, Eggs, Milk, Flavourings, Vanilla, Berry Fruits, Icing Sugar, Cream, Powdered Chocolate, White Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Liquor, Coconut, Pineapple, Fondant, Pecan Nuts, Hazelnuts, and may contain traces of other nuts.

Sugarflowers: Flowerpaste, Fondant, Food Colourings

Apple Dee Floral  Cakes do not hold any responsibility for adverse weather conditions affecting access to any venue. Apple Dee Floral Cakes will take every attempt to get to the venue only when it is deemed safe.. 

 

Apple Dee Floral Cakes cannot be held responsible for ‘Acts of God’ (Fire, flood , storm etc), Government Advice, Pandemics, labour disputes, failure of electricity supply and any other unforeseeable circumstance that prevent the delivery of its services.
