Any questionnaire that you fill via our website is used solely by Apple Dee Floral Cakes, to be able to have an idea of your cake requirements. We collect your name, email address, and telephone number to carry out services we offer.

Upon signing our contract, we reserve the right to have pictures of your cake posted on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram) or on our website and marketing brochures. This greatly allows our potential clients to see our real work before they decide and book our services.  You will have a choice upon booking whether we share any of your event images or not that you have sent to us, and you can certainly withdraw consent at any time by simply emailing us.

All your information is stored on our password protected computer and email address, and will never be passed on to a third party, bodies or  organisations without your consent.

We will hold on to your information for as long as our relationship continues. We value your feedback so we will send you a form to fill in your review after each order ( if you opt only).

You have the right to change the permissions that you have given at any point, please email us and we will delete all your data from our computer.
